If I had to choose one particular trait that has, on its own merit, helped me in not only enhancing my physical appearance, but in achieving many worthwhile goals, it is undoubtably patience. In fact, although every individual has the capability of producing physical enhancement identical to mine, only a minute fraction exhibit the patience necessary to experiment with various theories and techniques, finding effective principles through lengthy, arduous trial and error. I never wavered from my initial goal regardless of the numerous obstacles and temptations, and I again thank God for gracing me with the persistence to overcome negative temptations of this world. It is a commonly held belief that prayers, regardless of how frivolous or complex, are answered using God's heavenly timetable (of which we on earth cannot comprehend) -- maybe He simply tests our patience, or is aware of obstacles that necessitate a delay. Whatever His reasoning, I firmly believe that a combination of my faith in Jesus, maximum effort, and patient demeanor has led to a desired physical transformation, and improved mental focus. |

I now hope to share my vast knowledge with those who are inspired and have the dedication to produce dramatic change in their own lives -- remember, I provide you with the exact diet and exercise plan that, when combined with YOUR unyielding dedication and consistent effort, produces vast enhancement. But do recognize the emphasis on UNYIELDING DEDICATION and CONSISTENT EFFORT -- such ideals are not purchased, sold, or bartered -- I only provide the detailed blueprint, YOU ARE THE EXECUTOR. Although some categorize a physical improvement emphasis as superficial, the process of weight loss introduces patience, dedication, organization, and self control, traits that are frequently absent, and which contribute to the achievement of other, more vital aspirations (fighting addictions, controlling impulses, etc). Is consistent exercise and diet vital to overall success in life? Hardly, and we should NEVER judge another individual based on their physical appearance, as this is the LEAST important character trait. Can achieving significant physical improvements through consistent diet / exercise enhance character and develop a new, positive attitude in other worthwhile areas? Certainly. I have found that my road to physical achievement has produced increased focus and effort in newly established goals, and I am aware of many others who express similar feelings. Whether God has a long term plan for my business is questionable, yet my message is honest and positive. You have likely heard the proverb which says that giving a man fish only amounts in a perishable quantity, while TEACHING a man to fish provides lifelong nourishment. KNOWLEDGE, combined with DEDICATION and PERSISTENCE leads one to continual success in ANY endeavor, and I hope to provide the necessary tools to those who, for whatever reason, choose to NATURALLY enhance their physical standing. |

Has my dedication towards diet and exercise helped to circumvent negative, destructive thoughts and feelings? Yes, and this may in fact prove to be the most important, life enhancing impact of strict, unwavering focus. Living by the rules of Catholic faith is, at times, hardly a summer vacation, yet in my experience, the key to maintaining such ideals is clear, firm GOALS and ASPIRATIONS, coupled with the work ethic to focus in life. Most of my high school and college years were spent testing various diet and exercise theories, which left no time to stray. Although I prescribe to strong religious beliefs, even those who have no such framework benefit from focused, structured effort. How many solid foundations -- physical, spiritual, financial, or otherwise -- are built on hedonistic tendencies (quick indulgence designed to hide a lack of focus and purpose). Is it a wonder that those referred to as "nerds" accomplish such phenomenal success through simply avoiding commonly practiced time wasting, physically destructive behaviors. The correlation is in time spent -- concentrate your efforts on a specific WORTHWHILE task, and you'll produce the desired result. I have come to learn that prayer, beyond all else, is the most worthwhile method to spend your time, as it opens communication with God, and offers inner peace. Although some espouse the wasteful nature of physical enhancement (we all die, so why not "have fun"), it not only conditions your ability to focus on future, unrelated GOALS, but also reduces the opportunity for truly unproductive, potentially deadly activity. A life of dedication can never harm, only help. I am offering the specific blueprint, you bring forth the EFFORT -- together, the combination is unbeatable. |

With effort and motivation as a driving force, YOU WILL SUCCEED! At minimum, my goal is to offer you the necessary PATH to drastic physical improvement -- if you decide to follow the rules I outline in the Fat Vanish program, your body has NO CHOICE but to eliminate excess body fat. Yet, rubbing the course against your stomach, or even praying for miraculous, EFFORT FREE progress is, at best, an exciting dream (don't pray when you aren't willing to make a sacrifice -- try praying for strength to endure a new, productive lifestyle!).
